Before the Cirrus system, this relied on paper-based inspection forms completed in the field and re-keyed at the office.
Cirrus built a connected cloud system that replaced the paper process entirely. Site inspectors complete digital inspection reports on their mobile device while on site — with GPS location automatically embedded — and reports are visible to the office team in real time. AI tools guide both office and site staff through the inspection process, flagging missing information and potential compliance issues before a report is submitted.

Cellecta Ltd
Cellecta manufactures acoustic and thermal building products. Their sales team visits construction sites to log calls, inspect installations and — where required — generate Robust Details compliance certificates. No standard CRM or ERP handles this workflow properly. Beyond compliance, they also needed to manage CPD events, HR and a QR-based merchandising system — each running separately with no connection between them.
The Cellecta system is the best example of what a long-term bespoke software partnership looks like. It started as a sales call logging tool and has grown year on year into a complete operational platform — adding modules as Cellecta’s needs evolved, all connected to the same underlying data.
